We’re open 7 days a week for bike rentals year round, but we operate on a booking basis - so please book online to secure your spot. We’re flexible on times, but unfortunately, we can’t always accommodate walk-ins, so make sure to book ahead! 

Our physical location is the bike store Nutrifitness Arena, located in the main plaza of Centro Deportivo Arena on Avenida Locutor Vicente Hipólito (San Juan Playa, Alicante)

Opening hours for our physical store are 10:00-20:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00-13:00 on Saturdays.

Renting bikes with us is a simple process. You can do it on our website or in our physical store:

- Pick your dates (note: if you are booking a 1-day rental, your Start Date and Finish Date will be the same)

- Choose the bike you like (make sure you select your size)

- Add any extras you need to your cart (helmet / pedals, etc)

- Add a a second bike, delivery to your accommodation or a guided ride if you wish.

- Complete the rental agreement, providing the necessary information.

- Pay the rental fee.

- The bike will be ready for pickup at our rental shop or delivered to your specified location.

- Return the bike at the end of the rental period, and we'll take care of the maintenance and cleaning.

Yes, we offer a convenient delivery and pick-up service for our bike rentals. Whether you’re staying at a local hotel, a holiday home, or simply prefer the convenience, we can arrange to deliver your bikes directly to you and pick them up when you’re done.

Select this option during the booking process to take advantage of our delivery and pick-up service, available within a 50km radius of Centro Deportivo Arena Alicante.

You can bring your own pedals and helmet, or rent from us.

Every rental comes with a free water bottle.

If you need cycling clothes, shoes, riding snacks or any other accessories, you can purchase them from our store on site.

Flat tyres are always at your own risk ;)

All bikes have a saddle bag with a spare inner tube, 2 levers and a multitool.

Besides that you will have a mini pump. If you prefer to take a CO2 cartridge, you can purchase one from the store on site.

You can choose to add insurance when you rent a bike from us, for €10 per day. Our bike hire insurance covers the full value of the hired bike in the event of a crash or incidental accidental damage.

We’ll also come and collect you by the roadside in the event of a crash or breakdown. The insurance does not cover theft or loss of the hired bicycle.

We always recommend having a good travel insurance including a cancellation policy

All bikes are provided with a rear light, a Garmin mount, 2 bottle holders and a repair kit.

Remember to add pedals to your order (or bring your own)

Yes, you can cancel and get a 100% refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the rental starts. If you cancel after that, there will be no refund.
